I’m 28 years old, and I hold two degrees: a foundation arts degree in Tourism, Leisure and Hospitality, and a second degree in International Management.

I graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a 2:1 and throughout my education I’ve always been driven and dedicated to my studies.

Growing up, I was very shy and reserved, but attending a performing arts school really helped me build my confidence. I took part in drama both inside and outside of school, and even explored film making, some of which can still be found on YouTube.

From an early age, I knew travel was my passion - it was the one subject I truly excelled in at school. I completed my Level 2 and 3 BTECs in Travel and Tourism, which inspired me to progress into higher education.

I went on to study Levels 4, 5, and 6 at the City of Liverpool College and Liverpool John Moores University, completing my degree in International Management.

Currently, I work in the events industry as a casual employee, which has given me the opportunity to take part in some of the biggest events in the calendar.

I’ve worked at Eurovision 2023 in Liverpool, Liverpool Football Club, Everton Football Club, the M&S Bank Arena, as well as Aintree, Haydock, Carlisle, and Chester Racecourses.

These experiences have shaped me and helped me grow into the person I am today.

Alongside my work experience, I also hold a Level 2 qualification in Crowd Spectator Safety and a Level 3 qualification in First Aid, both of which have been valuable in supporting my roles within the events industry.

Last year, I came across an opportunity to become an independent travel agent. This allowed me to use my degree, gain financial independence, and move beyond casual work.

Outside of education and work, swimming has been a huge part of my life. I started swimming at a young age, and at 16 I joined Liverpool Penguins Swimming Club, training three to four times a week.

I also had the privilege of teaching children aged four and above how to swim. In addition, I’ve completed my Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award.

I also enjoy going to the gym, as it helps me stay fit and strong while giving me time to focus and clear my mind. It has become an important part of my routine for both physical and mental wellbeing.

I am ambitious, motivated, and eager to succeed. I believe there is so much more to life than casual work, and I want to inspire others, like myself, to push beyond their comfort zones and embrace new opportunities.
